For Cash: Euros, USD or MXN Pesos for all excursions.
2 - Climatic case for excursions:
Our tours take place in case of rain and light winds. On the other hand, in the event of strong winds, aquatic activities are generally postponed because the ports are closed. If the weather is not certain, we prefer to postpone your excursion so as not to risk a cancellation on the same day. If the cancellation comes from us and it is not possible to postpone the excursion you will be refunded.
3 - Reservations and payments for excursions
Payment for an excursion booked directly via pasionmaya.com is made either via a deposit + payment of the remaining amount the same day, on site with the guide, depending on the excursions.
If you have booked a tour with full payment, cancellation or date change can be done via email or whatsapp. We ask our customers to please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reorganize.
We will send you a payment page for a deposit payment of approximately 30% of the total price. The payment of this deposit is compulsory when booking, it allows us to have the necessary guarantees for your good presence on the day of the excursion. It is only once this deposit has been received by our services that we validate your reservation.
4 - No show
The driver will show up at the meeting point at the time indicated. If the customer is not present, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes, beyond this time, this is a "no show", and no deposit refund will be possible.
